As we inform you, there will be ECDC Committee Recruitment for 2016/2017 Committee. There is several position as Department Staff in all Department we have. We will describe the information and duty of each department.

1. Human Resource Development Department:
    Dept Head : Andrew ( Chemical Engineering 2014 )
    Vice Dept Head : Inesa ( Management 2014 )
    Duty : 1. Maintain the Comittee performa
               2. Held some event such as, ECDC Vacation and Annual Election
               3. Arrange ECDC Committee Recruitment

2. Education Depatment
    Dept Head : Respati ( Mining Engineering 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Patricia ( International Relation 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Held and Organize Class in ECDC
               2. Arrange Competition Class Selection
               3. Held some event such as English Trip

3. Information and Communication Department
    Dept Head : Hiromi ( Communication Science 2015 )
    Vice Dept Head : Lintang ( Agrotechnology 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Inform the announcement and competition to ECDC Member
               2. Manage ECDC Social Media Account
               3. Documenting ECDC Event

4. Secretarial Department
    Dept Head : Bobby ( Business Administration 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Gavino ( Management 2014 )
    Duty : 1. Manage the asset of ECDC
               2. Manage letter and inventory of ECDC

5. Fundraising Department
    Dept Head : Reyno ( Geophysics Engineering 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Alexander (  Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Do fundraising in order to raise ECDC Treasury
               2. Make merchandise, and re-sell product
               3. Make cash flow

6. Public Relation Department
    Dept Head : Nana ( Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Vice Dept Head : Orchid ( Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Estabilish cooperation between UPN Internal Student Activity, or Profit Organization
                   or Other Universities Organization

The Selection will be started about 2 Weeks onward, approximately at 12 November 2016. There will  be 2 main Phase, the first is Interview, and second is Trial of Organizing. There will be online form you may fill in order to join Committee Recruitment, the form and further explanation will be explained later. So to you guys that wish to join us, prepare yourself.

ECDC Competition Class Selection Phase

Hi fellow member of ECDC.

As you know, we will held the selection for ECDC Competition Class in Saturday and Sunday, 5-6 November 2016. The selection phase for each division is :

1. Speech Class  : General Interview, Writing Speech Text , Speech Performance ( 3 Phase )

2. Writing Class : General Interview, Writing Paper / Essay ( 2 Phase )

3. Debate Class  : General Interview, Writing Argumentation , Debate Trial ( 3 Phase )

The Phase 1 of every division, which is General Interview , will be held at the same time, at Saturday, 5th November 2016, at 12.00 P.M ( 12.00 WIB ) in ECDC Office. The interviewer will be ECDC Committee that responsible for each division ( Debate : Andrew , Speech : Yudha , Writing : Respati ) 

The Phase 2 and 3 of Speech and Phase 2 of Writing Class , which is Writing Speech + Speech Performance and Writing Paper, will be held after the Phase 1, or at Saturday, 5th November 2016 after General Interview is over. The topic for your paper / speech text will be given impromptu after general interview is over.

The Phase 2 and 3 of Debate Class will be held at Sunday , 6th November 2016 at 9.00 A.M ( 09.00 WIB ) in ECDC Office. In Phase 2 , you need to write argument based on Impromptu Topic we give to you , In Phase 3, we will have a Debate Trial, which system is BPDS ( British Parliementary Debate System ), so in Phase 3, you will need to find your partner. The motion of debate will be given Impromptu.

Please prepare for every selection phase , please remember that there is tight quota for every class, so we will have very strict selection.

Announcement of Competition Class and ECDC Committee Open Recruitment

Dear Member of ECDC

We have closed the registration period of Competition Class, and after recapitulate the submission sent to our email, we gladly announce the candidate of Competition Class Member 2016, the candidate is as listed below :

As we already inform to you, the quota we set for each division is

Debate Class Division : 10 Person

Speech Class Division : 5 Person

Writing Class Division : 10 Person

But, this quota may changed, depend on each candidate performa at Selection, it can be less or more than planned quota.

As we know also, at 17 - 28 October 2016 , UPN Veteran Yogyakarta will held Mid-Semester Test / 1st Evaluation, thereby, we decided to start selection at 29 October 2016 , the spesific schedule  and selection material also method for each division will be announced later. So please for the candidate to properly prepare.

We also gladly announce you that ECDC Committee will held Open Recruitment soon after Selection of ECDC Competition Class ended, we remind you that there is several position and division may available and applicable for our Inaugurated Member whom wished to join our Committee, such as :

       1. Human Resource Development Division

       2. Information and Communication Division

       3. Education Division

       4. Fundraising Division

       5. Secretarial Division

       6. Public Relation Division

The main requirement to be Committee of ECDC is :

      1. Inaugurated as ECDC Member

      2. Willing to cooperate with other committee

      3. Pass the Selection of Committee ( The selection is unique one , performanced based, so prepare           well for it )

To our member whom wished to learn organization and organizing , and eligible to apply , please come and work with us. College student does need to learn , achieve good grades, and graduate, but you not spend your whole 4 year ( or more in some major ) just to learn in classes, so don't  miss the opportunity.

Hello members of ECDC

Due to request and some considerations, we as committee decide to extent Competition Class registration for 3 days, so the deadline date for Registration Form Submission to our email ecdcpr@gmail.com is updated to October , 13th 2016. 

Please for those who wished to join Class to fill out the form submitted on link https://goo.gl/GajVwK , if you guys cannot download the form, please copy and paste the form and fil it. And if you guys doesn't have any TOEFL score and Computer and Applicative Skill, we exempt you from fill it in the Form.

Please take advantages of this extention, we wished you are not hesitate to join Competition Class as so many opportunities you might get in this Class.

Competition Class Announcement !

Hello guys !

Thank you for waiting this announcement, so after many considerations, we as committee that coordinate the Competition Class will open registration starting today until 8th OCTOBER 2016 . There will be 3 competition class division we opened this year, such as :

1. Debate Class : This class will focused on train and teach member of ECDC to be qualified debater and eligible also competent to represent ECDC and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta for Debate Competition. We will focusing on training Structurizing of Debate, Idea and Philosophical Approach, Argument and Rebuttal, Manner of Debating, and Adjudication Skill. There will be 2 main Debate System we focused, that is Asian Parliementary System and British Parliementary System.

2. Writing Class : This class focused on train and teach new member of ECDC to be qualified writer and eligible also competent to represent ECDC and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta for Writing, Essay, or Scientific Research Competition.

3. Speech Class : This class focused on train and teach new member of ECDC to be qualified orator and eligible also competent to represent ECDC and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta for Speech and Conference Competition.

The requirement to join competition class is :

a. Has been inaugurated as ECDC Member by coming into Inauguration of ECDC New Member 2016 ( ECHO : ECDC Homefolks )

b. Have a TOEFL Score Test

The candidate that submitted the form after that days will be intolerated and be avowed to fail join the classes.

The selection will be held on October and first meeting of Competition Class will be held at the end of October.
