ECDC 2016 Committee Open Recruitment

Hi fellow member of ECDC.
As we inform you, there will be ECDC Committee Recruitment for 2016/2017 Committee. There is several position as Department Staff in all Department we have. We will describe the information and duty of each department.

1. Human Resource Development Department:
    Dept Head : Andrew ( Chemical Engineering 2014 )
    Vice Dept Head : Inesa ( Management 2014 )
    Duty : 1. Maintain the Comittee performa
               2. Held some event such as, ECDC Vacation and Annual Election
               3. Arrange ECDC Committee Recruitment

2. Education Depatment
    Dept Head : Respati ( Mining Engineering 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Patricia ( International Relation 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Held and Organize Class in ECDC
               2. Arrange Competition Class Selection
               3. Held some event such as English Trip

3. Information and Communication Department
    Dept Head : Hiromi ( Communication Science 2015 )
    Vice Dept Head : Lintang ( Agrotechnology 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Inform the announcement and competition to ECDC Member
               2. Manage ECDC Social Media Account
               3. Documenting ECDC Event

4. Secretarial Department
    Dept Head : Bobby ( Business Administration 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Gavino ( Management 2014 )
    Duty : 1. Manage the asset of ECDC
               2. Manage letter and inventory of ECDC

5. Fundraising Department
    Dept Head : Reyno ( Geophysics Engineering 2013 )
    Vice Dept Head : Alexander (  Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Do fundraising in order to raise ECDC Treasury
               2. Make merchandise, and re-sell product
               3. Make cash flow

6. Public Relation Department
    Dept Head : Nana ( Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Vice Dept Head : Orchid ( Industrial Engineering 2015 )
    Duty : 1. Estabilish cooperation between UPN Internal Student Activity, or Profit Organization
                   or Other Universities Organization

The Selection will be started about 2 Weeks onward, approximately at 12 November 2016. There will  be 2 main Phase, the first is Interview, and second is Trial of Organizing. There will be online form you may fill in order to join Committee Recruitment, the form and further explanation will be explained later. So to you guys that wish to join us, prepare yourself.
